Have you felt “othered”, felt like an outsider or like you haven’t ever, or don’t now fit in? Maybe you feel like no one else quite knows the words you say to yourself, or the small activities that look so easy to others that are impossible for you.
If so, then I’m excited to work with you. I enjoy helping people with their anxiety, trauma, or depression that has gotten them to a dark place. Sometimes it is our neurodivergence, diagnosed or undiagnosed, that has acted as a canyon in our ability to interact with others. Sometimes it is our shame, over our body, our identity, our sexuality, that makes us feel that we have to hide ourselves.
I want you to be free. I want you to be vibrant. And I look forward to working with you and watching you step into your full and vivid self. That is my favorite part of the job.

you bear wisdom from surviving, now is the time to thrive.
Many people feel held back by from vibrant relationships or meaningful lives due to shame, trauma, or doubt about themselves. With judgement-free support, we process pain to restore hope, intimacy, and trust - on your terms, in your time. One of the things that I feel most intensely passionate about is that others should have a space to feel fully welcomed and heard, especially for topics such as intimacy, self-esteem, and anxiety.
My integrative approach draws from EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, sex therapy, and other modalities to address concerns like anxiety, intimacy issues, compulsivity, self-esteem, and disconnection from self. I create an affirming space to explore sexuality, heal betrayals, unwind cultural taboos, and communicate needs. Together, we tailor modalities to each individual person in order to cultivate embodiment practices to transform body image struggles into sources of power and rewire limiting beliefs so you can fully inhabit your skin once more.

I became a therapist after my own journey with therapy and trauma healing and transformation. It was difficult for me to find a therapist that was a good fit for me, but when I finally felt heard and could begin healing, I could start writing a new story for myself. I decided to change my career and do what I can to offer the same opportunity to others.
